Frequently Asked Questions
Here is a list of the commonly asked questions about our CTR rings, and how we run our business. If you don't find your answer here, please contact us. We're anxious to serve you.

How long will it take to get my ring?
Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for delivery via US mail (our $0.99 cent shipping option). For Fedex Ground orders, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

What if I don't know my ring size?
Follow the instructions on ring size chart. For best results, you may want to take a trip to your local Wal-Mart or a jewelry store - they can accurately size your finger.

What if I received my ring and it doesn't fit?
We offer free ring size exchanges as a curtesy to our customers. Simply print our ring exchange form, follow the detailed instructions, and we'll send a replacement! For more information, please see our return policy.

Do you accept money orders?
Send a money order or check with a note including the ring SKU/name, ring size, shipping preference and contact information to: The CTR Store - Orders 995 N Independence Ave, Provo UT 84604. Issue your money order to "LDS Family of Websites".

Do you ship to other countries?
We ship to any country in the world for only $3.99.

I ordered two rings and only received one. Why?
For faster processing, our rings ship directly from the manufacturers and may ship separate.

Can I have a ring custom made?
Since our rings are manufactured in bulk, specialized molds have to be made for each ring, which is a fairly expensive process. If you would like your own CTR ring design made, we recommend contacting a specialty jeweler.

How can I find out if my ring shipped?
Enter the order number from your receipt on our tracking page to check the current status of your order.

What if my ring was damaged in the shipping process?
Simply use our ring exchange form to send your ring back to the return address on the package. In the notes section, simply write "Damaged in delivery.", and a replacement will be sent immediately.
